Ross was a very determined and hardworking guy. I had the pleasure of working for Ross from 2014 to 2015. He also helped me plan a memorable tour of Northern Italy last year and introduced me to some great Italian towns such as Lucca, San Gimignano and Sienna. He often talked in work about his holidays to Italy when he was younger, his wedding to Sophia in an Italian Villa and his boys. I will also always remember his enthusiasm to get the most out of everything whether it be in work or his personal life.
